Mr. Khadananda Kandel
Senior Partner
Mr. Kandel is a senior litigant lawyer who leads and is the firm’s head of the litigation department. He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, and real estate/property transactions. He has extensive experience in representation in various courts on a wide range of matters including criminal, business, labour, property and banking laws. He also advises due diligence of real estate assets and has extensive experience in such transactions. He has depth knowledge and is considered one of the best lawyers in the area of labour law.
Mr. Kandel holds LLM Degree in Constitutional and Commercial law, from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
Mr. Keshab Bhattarai
Managing Partner
Keshab Bhattarai heads the international business and corporate practice at the firm. He specializes in Corporate, finance, cross-border transaction and foreign direct Investment, Infrastructure & Procurement. Mr Bhattarai has advised many of the world’s leading companies on large and complex issues. He has extensive experience in Joint ventures, market-entry, project finance and disputes. He has also assisted in various projects of the Government of Nepal. Mr Bhattarai holds LLM Degree in International Law, from Ohio Northern University, the USA and a specialized Master of Arts in Conflict, Peace and Development Studies, from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
Mr. Prajwal Adhikari

Mr Adhikari handles both contentious and non-contentious matters in the firm. He, in non-contentious matters, deals with the national business and corporate practice while in contentious issues he deals in Homicide, Property, and Medical Negligence cases at the firm. Currently, he heads the firm and leads the branch office-Birjunj of Lex Ventures. Adhikari is an advisor to various corporate entities, he deals in various corporate transactions such as Corporate compliances, Due diligence Intellectual Property Rights and JVs. Mr Adhikari is also a board member & treasurer at High Court Bar Association, Parsa, Narayani.
Mr Adhikari holds LLM Degree in Commercial and International law, from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and a specialized LLM Degree in Human Rights, from Nagaland University, India.
Sarita Akauliya
Associate/ Legal Manager
Ms Sarita is an Associate and Legal Manager at the firm and she is engaged in both litigation and corporate matters. She is involved in client correspondence, legal research and fieldwork. She currently handles local companies in various issues. She at present has extensive experience in drafting deeds, bonds, agreements, minutes, legal opinions and corporate compliances.
She also handles and manages the overall operation of the firm.
Biswob Bhandari

Mr. Bhandari specializes in civil, Criminal, and commercial litigation, including real estate transactions. He has extensive experience in representation in various courts in a wide range of matters including criminal, business, property, and banking laws.
Anish Maharjan
Associate
Mr Anish Maharjan holds a practising license for advocacy from Nepal Bar Council. Anish Maharjan has completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A.LLB) degree from Tribhuvan university.
He is an associate at the firm and engaged in corporate and civil matters. He is involved in drafting deeds, bonds, agreements, minutes, legal opinions and corporate compliances. He has also been handling field work and assisting in research for case drafting.
Paras Kandel

Mr. Kandel was a former Officer (Law) to the Government of Nepal. At Lex Ventures, along with assisting the Corporate department, he is involved in case drafting and litigation across a multitude of areas. He is M.A. graduated in Major English from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and an LLM from Purbanchal University, Nepal.
Swastika Neupane

Ms Swastika Neupane holds a practising license for advocacy from Nepal Bar Council. She has been working as a Legal Associate at Lex Ventures since 2022. Swastika Neupane has completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelors of Laws (B.A LLB) degree from Kathmandu School of law. She is currently engaged in corporate as well as civil law. She handles drafting different legal documents relating to various corporate matters, civil law and property-related issues as well as reviewing contractual agreements, and drafting different legal opinions. Her core strength lies in the extensive research performed on the workings of different corporations as well as civil matters. .Ms. Swastika is working towards specializing in Corporate law.
